Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys practicing high-quality medicine, building strong client relationships, and working collaboratively with a skilled support staff. New graduates and experienced veterinarians are welcome. We have a proven quality mentorship program for new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care including wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
- Perform soft tissue surgeries and basic dental procedures (advanced procedures a plus but not required)
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative care
- Accurately maintain medical records using our practice management software
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient patient care
- Uphold the clinic’s standards of care, ethics, and professionalism
- Participate in continuing education and contribute to a positive team culture Qualifications
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Wisconsin
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment
- Commitment to high-quality medicine and client service

Schedule
- No after-hour emergencies
- Rotating Saturday mornings otherwise no weekend shifts
